Shipping Information

Typically, all orders placed and cleared by 12:00pm be shipped the same day. Orders must have no issues and payments must be cleared before shipping can be completed. If you MUST have your order shipped the same day, please contact customer service to make us aware of your need.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight and physical size of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as UPS 2 DAY. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) CST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

At this time, Gunners Up does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Signature may be required for orders over $1200.00.

All items ship from the Gunners Up warehouse in Tulsa, OK 74116 except for Dogtra Electronics items which are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Torrance, CA.

    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-6 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • EXPRESS (UPS), (3 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 3 Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • 2 DAY BLUE (UPS), (2 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via TWO Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • 1 DAY RED (UPS), (1 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via One Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Your order may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates

Limitations

For products shipped internationally product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
